Finally, doing things in an ethical manner, in terms of our customer relationships, means executing in the right way, even if it isn’t the easiest way. For example, when a customer received an order from us later than expected, with another order still in the system, we loaded the order onto our company plane and had the head of Lake Cable personally deliver the shipment to the client in Florida.
This level of ethical comitment is why everyone at Lake Cable knows the right way to do things is the only way to do them. Operating without these principles just doesn’t align with who we are as people and as a business.
